Call for Resumes Liberia Education. International Development Group Seeking candidates for an anticipated education project in Liberia

RTI International is requesting expressions of interest from qualified professionals for an anticipated USAID-funded opportunity, Transforming the Education System for Teachers and Students in Liberia (TESTS). Positions will be based in Monrovia. All positions are contingent upon award and funding.

Call for Resumes Liberia Education – Chief of Party– Provide technical leadership, strategic guidance, vision, and staff management to implement TESTS and achieve TESTS results. The COP will be the primary liaison with USAID and will ensure that the program adheres to USAID regulations, reporting, and compliance requirements. A Master’s degree in Education or related field is required. 


Call for Resumes Liberia Education – Pre-Service Program Specialist– Provide high-quality technical input to strengthen teaching training programs, including training in content knowledge, pedagogy, and practical application, and to improve the enabling environment for teacher practice. The Pre-Service Program Specialist will also lead the establishment of teacher support systems. 

Call for Resumes Liberia Education – University and Partnership Specialist- Manage the partnerships between colleges and universities and coordinate technical assistance provided to public, private, and faith-based institutions. 

Call for Resumes Liberia Education – Senior Policy Advisor– Coordinate with the Ministry of Education the strengthening of policies and systems related to teacher pre-service training. 

Additionally, we are recruiting for the following positions:

Call for Resumes Liberia Education – Director of Finance and Administration– Provide financial, administrative, and operational support to the program. Ensure compliance with USAID rules and regulations. 

Call for Resumes Liberia Education – M&E Lead– Coordinate and support all MEL activities, ensure data and reports, and comply with USAID/Liberia guidelines.

Qualifications: Candidates must demonstrate professional excellence in their technical areas of expertise and experience in Liberia and required to have a record demonstrating commitment to compliance. Bachelor’s degree in education, public administration, business, public policy, or related field with at least 5 years of experience.
